WORKING TO MAKE THE ADJUSTMENT EASIER
Shropshire County Training is proud to be a partner of the Career Transition Partnership (CTP)
Leaving the MOD after years of loyal service can be a daunting prospect, and on top of that, the thought of Civilian Street and finding a job are two areas of concern for you.
We at the INDUSTRIALTRAINING CENTRE fully understand your needs and concerns. We have been successful over the years in providing skill based courses for service leavers making the adjustment to Civilian Street that little bit easier.
At our Training Centre we realise that not all of our courses on offer will fit your needs, however with this in mind we are more than happy to discuss with yourself what courses you require to best make the adjustment to Civilian Street.
All our staff are fully qualified and have served or worked with the MOD, so they understand your needs and requirements, and more importantly they have been through the transition to Civilian Street themselves.
Our Industrial Training Centre is in the heart of Shropshire, and is situated at Hadley Business Centre Telford. The centre is within easy reach of the M54, ten minutes from Donnington Army base and within 25 miles from RAF Cosford and RAF Shawbury.
The centre is accredited with the following awarding Bodies:
- Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC)
- Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH)
- Safety Passport Alliance (SPA)
- Independent Training Standards Scheme and Register (ITSSAR)
- International Powered Access Federation (IPAF)
- Prefabricated Access Suppliers and Manufactures Association (PASMA)
Over the years SCT has built on its reputation of delivering quality training, and has now established it self as one of the leaders in Industrial Health and SafetyTraining. Its policy of providing quality training to the Forces at competitive prices is still practiced today. All our Instructors are nationally registered with the appropriate awarding bodies, and deliver training to customers in accordance with the laid down standards.
