Familiar with the equipment and facilities at work.
Competent to call the emergency services when required.

Please note that Appointed Persons are not First Aider and should not attempt to give first Aid for which they have not been trained. The certificate is valid for a period of three years.


Minimum Teaching Time: Minimum 6 hours


Assessment Format: General Assessment


Designed for: This course is suitable for an employer whose First Aid assessment, identifies that a full first Aider is not necessary.
