Food safety training courses
Food safety and Quality are important for your customers and essential to your business. Rigorous enforcement of food hygiene legislation is important but it is not in itself sufficient to prevent food poisoning. One of the ways in reducing Food poisoning is with staff attending the appropriate training courses.
The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance recognise the need to provide knowledge at a level suitable for everyone, and have developed a range of food safety qualifications depending on your circumstances.
