The HABC Level 2 HACCP qualifications provide candidates with the knowledge they need to understand the principles of HACCP, in particular how to identify and control hazards, to monitor controls and what action to take when critical limits are breached. They will also appreciate how their role can affect food safety and how they can contribute to the HACCP system and product safety.

Details

The Level 2 Awards in HACCP for Catering/Manufacturing is a qualification aimed at caterers and other food handlers. The course is intended for candidates already working in catering or manufacturing and those who are preparing to work in the industry. The course will be especially useful for those involved in maintaining HACCP in a catering/manufacturing environment, and for those who are or will be part of a HACCP team.

The HABC Level 2 Awards in HACCP are a National Award written and accredited by HABC.

Duration: One day programme.
Assessment Format: Multiple choice paper examinations.
