The Pedestrian operated pallet truck is the basic handling tool of industry, usually lifting smaller palletised loads of less than 1 tonne, up to lift heights of perhaps 4 metres.

- Stack and de-stack at various levels, in a safe manner.
- Carry out pre-shift checks to ensure equipment is in a safe condition.
- Carry out battery maintenance and charging procedures.

This course is suitable for all those who are required to use a pedestrian or rider operated pallet truck within the workplace and requires certification in accordance with current legislation.
